Back to training center again, feel more happiler and relaxing.. Can be my ownself, can joke, lame and gossip with my friends.. Today heard from my friends about their branches, seems like many of their collegues are nice and fun person to be with, and i felt so envy.
Think this will be the last week that i can gather with my training friends, after the whole training finishes, all of us will be going back to our own branches,

So i should treasure this 1 week with them...

Sis is so poor thing, facing the same problems like what i am facing last time. Been pressured by my parents for finding jobs, this time round is my father.. Sian.

Me. Long time no see. *LOL*

Woo~ finally 1 week passed again, and i can sleep late tml. *YIPPY*
This week i am attached to my branch from wednesday till saturday, everything went fine and smooth.
My collegues are quite ok too, just that there are no collegue who is around the same age as me, therefore not much topic to talk about..
Argh!! i wun be working at Bukit Batok Central anymore, they transferred me to Bukit Batok West! At first i was quite sian when i heard that i am transferred to there, but after these 4 days of attachment, i find that it's not that bad as wad i thought. Cos West's branch is a lot smaller then central, and it is not that crowded as compared to central, so now i am fine with everything. =)

All customers seems to be friendly, and wednesday till friday seems relaxing to me, but until saturday reached, i realised that i am wrong. Yesterday there was 2 customers who created troubles for my collegues, and the things started like this....

Customer: Hi my father wanted to make a atm card.
Staff: Ok no prob.
=>Processing.....
Staff: Ok your father can key in his desired pin number.
Customer: I'll help him to key.
Staff: Sorry sir, only account holder can key in the pin number.
Customer: But my father dunno how to press.
Staff: Never mind, just get him to think of 6 digits, and i will assist him.
Customer: (Tone UP) I said already!!! I'll help him to key in, and i'll help him to get the money.
Staff: Sir i hope you will understand, ONLY account holder can key in their pin.
Customer: Do you know that you are wasting my time, i queued for so long and you said that i can't key in the pin!!! $$^&^*(^^$$*(^(, my father dunno how to use the card, therefore i need to help him key in the pin.
Staff: Sir you are not wasting your time, and since your father dunno how to operate the card, he shouldn't apply the card, he is responsible for his account and not you. If he really dunno how to use, he should just come to the bank and withdraw his cash over the counter.
(The customer's father is like keeping quiet and blur)
Customer: What stupid bank is this??? Give my back my passbook.
(And so he took his passbook, yelled at his father to leave, and his father just quietly left with him)

When i saw that scene, i felt sad for his dad.. I wondered if the customer izzit wanted to take all his dad's hard earned money is it?? Because his dad is like blur blur like that..
After the whole thing, my collegue seemed moody, and i found that it's really not easy to be a bank teller, you must have the courage and strength to deal with those nasty customers.
Regarding the atm card, it is the company policy which stated that only account holder can key in the pin no, and the bank teller can't do anything, but to follow the rules... Why can't the customers think smartly?? They should know that all these is not what we can control one right?? We are acted as a small role in the bank, and if they are to complain, they shouldn't complain to the bank teller wad... Cos bank teller can't do anything, they should give feedback to those person who in charge of feedbacks thingy... Argh* Stupid Customers!!!

After this situation happened, i started to think, what if this type of customer comes to my counter one day?? How am i going to deal with him?? As i think more, i started to feel worried...

Working life is really vexed...

Yesterday after work, went shopping at lot 1, and here are the stuffs that i bought!!

he he he~ Whenever i am moody, shopping will be the best cure for me!!! Although working is tough, but for the sake of CASH for even more shoppings, i must chiong chiong and chiong!!!!
I must gain more fighting spirit to defeat every obstacles, yeah!!

Felt happy, next week will be going back for training again!! Know many friends from there too, although i know them for 1 week only, but i miss talking with them... Only at training, i can find someone my age to talk to...
Next week maybe will be going dinner with Kelly they all, and this dinner may be the last gathering dinner for us, cos after next 1 week training, we may be officially working at our branch le, so i think there wun be any meetings with them anymore...
Hmmm.. i wun be sad.. perhaps i am used to it... life is always like that or maybe we can say.. It is supposed to be like this, there will always be people coming and leaving u...

Next week will be going to Noi's birthday at her open chalet~~
Hmmm.. Seems like there are many birthdays this month, yesterday just attended WangQi and hwa's birthday, and next week will be my sec aunt and noi's bday...
Seems like i am going to broke this month~

Went BPP for dinner with my family yesterday, after that we went to the pet shop there to see doggies.. Whenever i stepped into the pet shop, i dun feel like leaving the place, the little puppies there are so adorable~~ Think BPP's pet shop is the best among all places i have visited, bcos the environment there is nice and the place is clean. With such clean place, the Doggies there of cos look healthy too. And then we saw 3 Shi tsu, they are so so cute, really hopes i can bring them home... *sigh.. When can i buy one for myself???
If i work for a few months, think i can afford to buy one, while thinking... questions started popping out like...
What if i got no time for it?
What if all my family members go work and no one at home to take care of it?
WHat if i got no time to train it? What if ......
Diao.. Taking care of pet is really not easy especially when you are working...

Hi everione, Queenie is back. Wow~ I have not been blogging since last week i think... so dun really knows where to start with. Hmmmm....
By the way, during these 2 weeks, i have been working and studying.. Now i am having 3 weeks of training at the DBS training centre which is some where near Tanjong Pagar.
Then, everyday was like going to school to me, having those boring and dull lectures. And of course i dozed off sometimes, due to the borness of the lesson.. Zzz
Though it was boring, but through these trainings, i got to know even more about the job, for example, if i din attend the training, i would never ever know that a signature is so damn important for a bank teller, and also the customers. If they found out that your current signature is slightly different from the past, they will have to stay alert to find out if you are a forger.. In the past, i used to change my signature frequently, but now i realised how impt it is, therefore i still practice my signature at home, to confirm with the one that i will use for long..

During work, we are asked to get ourself a christian name, so that it will be easier for our collegues to remember. At that short moment, i dunno what name should i used, can't think of one, and so i just anyhow named myself as Joanne. But after some time, i felt that i dun really likes the name, and i dun want it to stay with me forever. Therefore during my last day helping up at Tarma Warna, i applied a debit card, and on the card i named myself as Valerie (Name that i came out with after thinking for 1 week =D), and so when my collegue saw that, she gets amused by it, cos she thought that my name should be Joanne, but after i explained everything to them, all laughed out loud!
*malu*
Then they teased me by saying: "So now you confirm naming yourself as Valerie? Dun later tml you change your name to something else again.."
*Dotz*
So... My christian name now CONFIRMED, GuranteeD, chop chop, will be called VALERIE ~
Not only this, i also went to a shop, and find out the description for my new name, and on top of the key chain it said that my name, Valerie, it means strong and determined! WoO~ Not so bad... Though i'm not really that characteristic which is stated there. ^^ But still i hope, after having this name, i will really becomes strong and determined! ^^

Yesterday went Metro to search hi and low for my formal wears, and ended up buying a top which i think is super nice..

Beside top, i also bought myself a black covered heels, which is also required to wear for the work too.

This whole week, i am getting more and more excited about my salary, cos the pay day is getting nearer and nearer, as days passes by!!!! Going to shop and play like MAD after getting my first full time pay~ *Weet* ^^

PET SHOP VISIT

Last sunday after praying my grandpa, my uncle brought us to his sibling's pet shop. The dogs there are sooooo adorable, especially a dog named, Barley, it is so obedient and cute. I shall talk no more but post the picsss~


This is the dog that i adore, and its name is called Barley~

Another super "guai" dog, its name is called "seven", which i do not know why too. Haha..
This is like the mother of Barley, will always be there to protect Barley.. so sweetz.

Ya Hoo~~ I am so damn happy now, cos tml is Good Friday, PUBLIC HOLIDAY~!!! Which means NO WORK for me~~ ^^

Finally i can take a good rest, had been so tiring nowadays, everyday got to wake up at 6am, have to drag my body to my working place. Zzz..
I dun even have enough time to do blogging, cos time for sleeping is already so so limited. Therefore, now nothing is important than sleeping, so must make use of the extra time to sleep, cos i dun wan my irritating DARK CIRCLE or EYE BAG to turn worse lo... T_T Mine is already so so so serious le, like panda some more.. *SOB*

Sis bought drama again, this time she bought "Zi Jin Zi Dian" by K-One, it is super nice, the story consist of romance plus hip hop dances in it. Both JR and Gino are so handsome, but i prefer Gino more. ^^




Today went Clementi with Shermaine, accompanied her to see if the salon she wanted to go got open on public holiday or not. Then after that we went to find out how much is the Acuvue Define, we thought the most should be $30-$40, but ended up the person told us it cost $60!!! For goodness sake~ Its damn expensive la!!To spend $60 on your eyes for only 1 month nia. But i admit that it is nice la.. But $60 man.. Should consider liao..

It has been the second week that i have worked, everything has been fine, the work is so relaxing and easy till my friend and i even got the chance to sleep at the basement, cos there is no one down there and so.... We secretly slept. lol. Although the work is relaxing, but the time passes so slowwww till we can't open our eyes wide... So we got no choice, but to *smuggle* our comics in to read. LOL~


But should treasure it now, cos next tuesday got to go for the courses already, think we will have a hard time there, to memorise all the stuffs for our work.. But still looking forward to the next challenges~!! ^^


Been so busy since working, Bee and me hardly meet up too, although we got the money to spend, but we dun have the TIME to spend.. Sigh... So isn't it the same??
