Finally on my annual leave, but instead of feeling excited, i started feeling stress for Wednesday. Cos work will sure piled up after i am back from leave.
Today's meeting, my boss came out with a question for us, asking if we are with him supporting the company. This question is hard to answer actually.. If it's a "Yes", probably 80% i am lying, but if it is a "No", it will seems like i have no passion at all for the job.
Actually the answer might change anytime when time passes by, i am person who don't really cares much about the money, but most important is the human relationship. If i am feeling good working with the group, i will have the passion working at the company.
My boss is actually quite nice to us, i can say that my answer is moderate.
Have to see how the management treats everyone? Sometime i will feel good, but when comes to fairness, i wun feel the passion is there.
One of my colleagues and i work the major job in the company, which is the database, therefore whenever it comes to those "extra" work, he will always choose us to work OT for him. Actually all these "extra" work can be shared among the colleagues, so that me and the other girls wun have to stay almost every night to do it. But dunno why my boss "likes" the database girls so much, and whenever there's some thing pops out, always will kana us but not the rest. This is something i think the managment should look out for.
Hmmm... Actually nothing much...
